In order to get closer to our body we can enter exercise the following practices.

The aim is simply to do the things that we do – sitting, eating, carrying, etc. – with awareness.

If you exercise, you may note your sensual perceptions. All kinds of thoughts will come up too: let them pass just as clouds drive by the wind.
