Move between the detail and the total imageThe icon gives itself as a mirror illuminating your countenance.
An experience from a participant:
“The practice of perceiving opens my head and also my heart. I love this environment and all things and people in it. It’s good to be here. Usually, I don’t take the time for this. I watch where I am walking, though, for not stepping in dogshit or walking against a tree. And at home I play music, but I listen rarely to it. Strange, that perceiving feels as a waste of time, while in fact I am making time here: I am participating in the time of my environment, which is moving much slower than I am.”
